• Self-Contained Report: a thorough presentation of the data, anaylses, and reasoning that lead to an estimate of value.
• Summary Report: not as complete as self-contained report but contains sufficent information to understand the estimate of value.
• Restricted Use Report: made for a specific client, for a limited purpose, and may not contain any information to understand the estimate of value.
